House Prices Fall in Mirfield, West Yorkshire

Property prices in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, fell by 10.4 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Mirfield stood at £144,532 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £228,333 in January 2007, compared to £275,737 in the previous January, a difference of 17.2 per cent.
