House Prices Fall in Batley, West Yorkshire

Property prices in Batley, West Yorkshire, fell by 10 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Batley stood at £104,872 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £249,995 in January 2007, compared to £197,789 in the previous January, a difference of 26.4 per cent.
