House Prices Rise in Crawley, West Sussex

Property prices in Crawley, West Sussex, rose by 8.7 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Crawley stood at £210,705 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £322,803 in January 2007, compared to £306,796 in the previous January, a difference of 5.2 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £219,040 last January, compared to £202,933 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £188,109 in January 2007, compared to £173,404 in January 2006.
