House Prices Rise in Billingshurst, West Sussex

Property prices in Billingshurst, West Sussex, rose by 2.7 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Billingshurst stood at £347,821 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £575,135 in January 2007, compared to £533,642 in the previous January, a difference of 7.8 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £275,600 last January, compared to £202,666 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £190,000 in January 2007, compared to £193,500 in January 2006.

The cheapest property purchased in Billingshurst between January 2006 and January 2007 sold for £92,500 while the most expensive cost £2m.
