House Prices Rise in Diss, Norfolk

Property prices in Diss, Norfolk, rose by 11.5 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Diss stood at £215,087 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £255,963 in January 2007, compared to £228,846 in the previous January, a difference of 11.9 per cent.
