House Prices Fall in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire

Property prices in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, fell by 21.3 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Poulton-le-Fylde stood at £181,256 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £241,750 in January 2007, compared to £344,263 in the previous January, a difference of 29.8 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £188,111 last January, compared to £140,730 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £137,444 in January 2007, compared to £140,666 in January 2006.

The cheapest property purchased in Poulton-le-Fylde between January 2006 and January 2007 sold for £50,000 while the most expensive cost £758,000.
