House Prices Rise in Chorley, Lancashire

Property prices in Chorley, Lancashire, rose by 7.3 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Chorley stood at £156,991 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £283,627 in January 2007, compared to £234,737 in the previous January, a difference of 20.8 per cent.
