House Prices Rise in Gravesend, Kent

Property prices in Gravesend, Kent, rose by 10.1 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Gravesend stood at £195,769 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £380,958 in January 2007, compared to £301,000 in the previous January, a difference of 26.6 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £214,933 last January, compared to £199,953 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £169,052 in January 2007, compared to £153,015 in January 2006.
