House Prices Rise in Broadstairs, Kent

Property prices in Broadstairs, Kent, rose by 8.1 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Broadstairs stood at £198,510 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £268,222 in January 2007, compared to £251,750 in the previous January, a difference of 6.5 per cent.
