House Prices Rise in Aylesford, Kent

Property prices in Aylesford, Kent, rose by 5.6 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Aylesford stood at £221,573 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £281,000 in January 2007, compared to £328,300 in the previous January, a difference of 14.4 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £221,965 last January, compared to £191,362 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £176,928 in January 2007, compared to £167,409 in January 2006.

The cheapest property purchased in Aylesford between January 2006 and January 2007 sold for £52,000 while the most expensive cost £950,000.
