House Prices Rise in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Property prices in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, rose by 9.6 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Welwyn Garden City stood at £249,164 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £366,353 in January 2007, compared to £393,642 in the previous January, a difference of 6.9 per cent.
