House Prices Rise in Rainham, Greater London

Property prices in Rainham, Greater London, rose by 17.1 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Rainham stood at £214,946 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £310,000 in January 2007, compared to £230,666 in the previous January, a difference of 34.4 per cent.
