House Prices Rise in Ilford, Greater London

Property prices in Ilford, Greater London, rose by 9.1 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Ilford stood at £256,222 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £385,000 in January 2007, compared to £336,416 in the previous January, a difference of 14.4 per cent.
