House Prices Fall in Rochford, Essex

Property prices in Rochford, Essex, fell by 2.3 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Rochford stood at £194,838 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £241,250 in January 2007, compared to £282,927 in the previous January, a difference of 14.7 per cent.

Semi-detached homes cost an average of £197,803 last January, compared to £196,600 the year before while the average price of a terraced home stood at £165,625 in January 2007, compared to £161,500 in January 2006.
