House Prices Fall in Loughton, Essex

Property prices in Loughton, Essex, fell by 8.8 per cent between January 2006 and January 2007.

According to the latest Land Registry figures, the average price of a property in Loughton stood at £254,325 last January.

The average price of a detached home was £475,826 in January 2007, compared to £545,000 in the previous January, a difference of 12.7 per cent.
